国产聚乙烯醇类分散剂在悬浮法PVC生产中的应用

摘　　要：通过对比目前使用的3种进口聚乙烯醇分散剂(A、B、C)和3种国产聚乙烯醇分散剂(1、2、3)的各项性能,分析了分散剂产品差异的原因,研究了不同国产分散剂替代进口分散剂对悬浮法高聚合度PVC树脂生产工艺参数和产品性能的影响。结果表明:①分散剂1与其他分散剂混合使用效果较好,单独使用分散剂1与同类进口分散剂相比有明显差距;当高聚合度PVC树脂平均粒径达到200μm时,单独增加分散剂1用量不能降低树脂的平均粒径。②分散剂2和分散剂3可以对类似的进口分散剂同等替代,所生产的高聚合度PVC树脂性能相近。The indexes of three kinds of imported polyvinyl alcohol dispersants(A,B and C)currently used and three kinds of domestic polyvinyl alcohol dispersants(1,2 and 3)were compared.The causes of dispersants product differences were analyzed.The effects of different domestic dispersants instead of imported dispersants on process parameters and on product indexes in the production of high polymerization degree suspension PVC resin were studied.The results showed that:(1)the effect of dispersant 1 mixed with other dispersants was better,and there was an obvious gap between dispersant 1 alone and imported similar dispersants;When the average particle size of high polymerization degree PVC resin reached 200 jjim,increasing the amount of dispersant 1 alone could not reduce the resin particle size.(2)Dispersant 2 and dispersant 3 could replaced similar imported dispersants,and the properties of the produced high polymerization degree PVC resin were similar.
