摘 要:由于FDM技术本身工艺特点及热塑性材料的粘流特性,在打印过程中容易产生拉丝现象,影响打印件的表面质量和尺寸精度。通过对大流量螺杆挤出沉积成型打印过程中的跳转拉丝问题进行研究,明确了形成拉丝现象的原因,以及影响拉丝量、打印件表面质量和尺寸精度的因素及规律,最终通过优化打印工艺参数,得到了较好表面质量和尺寸精度的打印件。研究结果表明:对于工业级螺杆挤出式FDM设备,针对跳转较多的模型进行参数设置时,适当提高打印速度、减小线宽、通过路径优化减小跳转距离,均可在一定程度上减少因跳转导致的拉丝量,从而提高打印件的表面质量和尺寸精度。Due to the process characteristics of FDM technology and the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastic materials,wire drawing is prone to occur during the printing process which affects the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the printed parts.This paper studies the problem of jump wire drawing in the printing process of high-flow screw extrusion deposition molding.The reason for the wire drawing phenomenon is clarified.The factors and rules that affect the wire drawing amount,the surface quality of the printed part and the dimensional accuracy are clarified.Finally,by optimizing the process parameters,printouts with better surface quality and dimensional accuracy can be obtained.The research results show that,for industrial-grade screw extrusion FDM equipment,when setting parameters for models with more jumps,appropriately increase the printing speed,reduce the line width,and reduce the jump distance through path optimization.It can reduce the amount of wire drawing caused by jumping to a certain extent,thereby improving the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the printouts.
