摘  要:提出了一种"阴极旋转+上下往复运动+贴面柔性扫刷"多作用协同电铸技术,通过工艺实验分析了阴阳极间距、阴极上下往复行程以及柔性扫刷对电铸层厚度分布特性及表面质量的影响。结果表明:阴阳极间距及阴极上下往复行程对电铸层厚度的均匀性有显著的影响,在优化参数(阴阳极间距A=30 mm,阴极上下往复行程S=120 mm)下所得电铸层(内径30 mm,长240 mm)的均匀性达91.6%,柔性扫刷能有效地改善电铸层的表面质量,使其表面平整光亮。A multi-action synergistic electroforming technology of "cathode rotation + up and down reciprocating motion + veneer flexible sweeping" is proposed. The influence of the anode and cathode spacing, the up and down reciprocating stroke of the cathode and the flexible sweeping brush on the thickness distribution characteristics and surface quality of the electroformed layer were analyzed through process experiments. The results show that the distance between the cathode and anode and the up and down stroke of the cathode have a significant effect on the uniformity of the thickness of the electroformed layer. The uniformity of the electroformed layer(inner diameter 30 mm, length 240 mm) obtained under the optimized parameters(the anode and cathode spacing A=30 mm, the cathode up and down reciprocating stroke distance S=120 mm) reached 91.6%. The flexible sweeping brush can effectively improve the surface quality of the electroforming layer and make the surface smooth and bright.
