摘  要:针对某连退机组高温料延伸率居高不下、难于控制的情况,分析了延伸率影响因素以及设定意义,建立了一种能结合轧制稳定性、在消除板形缺陷和保证润滑的基础上保证带钢表面质量的延伸率评估方法,进而评估来料和机组参数确定情况下成品带钢的延伸率。该方法在现场机组上线后,将现场延伸率控制在了目标延伸率允许的偏差内,进一步验证了该连退平整机组高温料延伸率评估方法的实用性。Aiming at the situation that the elongation rate of the high temperature material of a continuous annealing unit remains high and is difficult to control,the factors affecting the elongation rate and the setting significance are analyzed.An elongation evaluation method that can combine rolling stability and ensure the surface quality of strip steel on the basis of eliminating strip shape defects and ensuring lubrication is established,and then the elongation of the finished strip steel is evaluated under the condition of the incoming material and the determination of the unit parameters.After the on-site unit went online,this method controlled the on-site elongation rate within the allowable deviation of the target elongation rate,further verifying the practicability of the evaluation method for the elongation rate of the high-temperature material of the continuous annealing temper mill.
