摘 要:芯片分拣机的摆臂是芯片分拣机的核心部件,其工作性能直接影响芯片分拣机的工作效率。对于芯片分拣机高速、高定位精度以及高可靠性的工作要求,直线电机凭借其优良特性正在逐步取代传统旋转摆臂电机。而芯片拾取头在直线电机带动下急速启停时会引起末端振荡,严重影响定位精度。通过对直线电机的运动轨迹优化,建立了运动曲线方程的模拟仿真计算,通过平滑直线电机驱动力曲线,减小其在运动过程中的振动冲击,以此提高定位精度,并在响应时间内快速到达规定位置。实验效果达到了预期的目标。The swing arm of the chip sorting machine is the core component of the chip sorting machine, its performance directly affects the efficiency of the chip sorting machine. For the requirements of high speed, high positioning accuracy and high reliability of chip sorting machine, linear motor has gradually replaced the traditional rotary swing arm motor by virtue of its excellent characteristics. When the chip pickup head is driven by the linear motor, the rapid start and stop will cause terminal oscillation, which seriously affects the positioning accuracy. In this paper, by optimizing the motion trajectory of the linear motor, the simulation calculation of the motion curve equation is established. By smoothing the driving force curve of the linear motor, the vibration and impact are reduced in the process of motion, so as to improve the positioning accuracy and quickly reach the specified position within the response time. The experimental results reach the expected goal.
