摘  要:介绍了高温三偏心硬密封蝶阀的密封结构及结构弊端,指出了影响当前蝶阀密封结构不能承受反向压力的原因,在此基础上对蝶阀密封结构进行了改进设计。改进后的密封结构保证了正、反向的可靠密封性,解决了以往反向不能密封的问题,经试验验证改进后的蝶阀反向承压密封性能良好。The sealing structure and structural disadvantages of the high temperature triple eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve are introduced, and the reasons that affect the current butterfly valve sealing structure can not withstand the reverse pressure are pointed out. On this basis, the butterfly valve sealing structure is improved and designed. The improved sealing structure ensures the reliable sealing performance of the forward and reverse directions, and solves the problem that the reverse can not be sealed in the past. Tests have verified that the improved butterfly valve has good reverse pressure-bearing sealing performance.
