摘 要:反锪孔结构不同于一般的孔特征,由于锪面被零件其他结构遮住,刀具无法从正面下刀加工,只能从过孔穿过反向加工反锪孔直径和反锪面。反锪孔加工无标准刀具,给出了四种反锪刀非标设计方案,并对比了四种方案的加工性能,可为反锪孔的加工提供借鉴。The reverse countersink structure is different from the general hole features. Because the spot surface is covered by other structures of the part, the tool cannot be cut from the front and can only pass through the via hole, and the diameter and countersinking surface of the countersinking are machined in the opposite direction. There is no standard tool for reverse countersink. Four non-standard design schemes for back spotfacer are given, and the processing performance of the four schemes are compared, which provides a reference for the machining of reverse countersink.
