摘 要:针对当前快速公交站台安全门系统存在的安全隐患问题,设计了以台达PLC为控制器的安全门防撞防夹自动控制系统,完成了硬件选型和I/O信号地址分配,以及安全门控制方式、快慢速度切换、变速开合和防撞防夹等功能模块的程序设计,并进行了模拟仿真和试验调试。结果表明,该防撞防夹控制系统工作稳定、安全可靠,可显著提高快速公交系统的运营效率。Aiming at the potential safety hazards of the current BRT station safety door system, an automatic control system for the safety door anti-collision and anti-pinch with Delta PLC as the controller was designed. Complete hardware selection and I/O signal address allocation, as well as program design of functional modules such as safety door control mode, fast and slow speed switching, variable speed opening and closing, and anti-collision and anti-clamping, and carried out simulation and test debugging. The results show that the anti-collision and anti-pinch control system is stable, safe and reliable, and can significantly improve the operating efficiency of the rapid transit system.
