摘　　要：试验器数据记录系统在试验状态记录与回放中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。针对某原有试验数据记录系统损坏的试验器进行改造工作,在仅对原有硬件进行小范围改动的基础之上,基于OPC服务器对试验数据进行传输,并设计了试验数据处理、记录以及回放软件,从而在额外花费资金成本几乎为零的情况下恢复了试验数据记录系统的功能。The tester data recording system plays an indispensable role in the test state recording and playback. Reconstruct a tester that was damaged in an original test data recording system. Based on only minor changes to the original hardware, the test data was transmitted based on the OPC server, and the software was designed to process, record and replay the test data. Thus, the function of the test data recording system was restored when the additional capital cost was almost zero.
