摘 要:针对现有模型简化方法存在效率低、工程语义模糊等问题,提出一种基于特征映射的CAD模型简化方法。该方法充分利用特征CAD模型所蕴含的拓扑和特征信息,首先根据简化语义需求交互选定简化区域任一拓扑面;然后,利用选定面和设计特征之间的映射关系自动识别简化特征;最后,根据待简化特征的依赖关系重构CAD模型,实现模型简化。实验表明:该方法简单、高效、操作语义明晰,能实现CAD模型的交互式快速简化,进而有效促进CAD/CAM/CAE集成。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and fuzzy engineering semantics in existing model simplification methods,a CAD model simplification method based on feature mapping is proposed.This method makes full use of the topology and feature information contained in the feature CAD model,and first interactively selects any topological surface of the simplified area according to the requirements of simplified semantics.Then,using the mapping relationship between the selected surface and the design feature,the simplified feature is automatically recognized.Finally,according to the dependence of the features to be simplified,the CAD model is reconstructed to achieve model simplification.Experiments show that this method is simple,efficient,and has clear operational semantics.It can realize the interactive and rapid simplification of the CAD model,thereby effectively promoting the CAD/CAM/CAE integration.
