摘 要:大宗工业固体废弃物的资源化利用是循环经济背景下的重要研究领域,而将各种工业固体废弃物用作混凝土原材料是固体废弃物资源化的主要利用方式。研究采用文献调查法,选择粉煤灰、硅锰渣、煤矸石3类大宗工业固体废弃物作为研究对象,通过归纳总结众多学者在该研究领域的工作进展和研究成果,主要针对工业固体废弃物的再利用对混凝土的抗压强度的影响研究现状进行综述。得出硅锰渣取代胶凝材料的最佳掺量为15%;粉煤灰取代量超过30%时,抗压强度出现明显降低;煤矸石代粗骨料的掺量在30%以下对混凝土抗压强度影响最小,相关研究结论旨在为工业固体废弃物资源化应用于混凝土制备时提供一定的参考依据。Resource utilization of bulk industrial solid wastes is an important research field under the background of circular economy,the main utilization way of solid waste is to use all kinds of industrial solid waste as concrete raw material.Research using the method of literature investigation,the choice of fly ash,silicon manganese slag,coal gangue three kinds of major industrial solid wastes as the research object,through the summary of many scholars in the study field of work progress and research achievements,mainly aims at the reuse of the industrial solid waste to the influence of the compressive strength of concrete research status were summarized.It is concluded that the optimum dosage of silicon-manganese slag to replace cementitious material is 15%;when the replacement amount of fly ash exceeds 30%,the compressive strength decreases obviously;when the content of coal gangue substitute coarse aggregate is below 30%,it has the least influence on the compressive strength of concrete,the conclusion of relevant research aims to provide a certain reference for the utilization of industrial solid waste in concrete preparation.
