摘  要:蜗壳作为第一个过流部件,它的好坏直接影响到水轮机的性能。因此本文以冷却塔超低比转速水轮机为研究对象,改变蜗壳断面形状,分析其水轮机模型的性能曲线、水力损失以及内部流场变化情况,结果表明:在设计工况下,圆形断面的水轮机效率最高,蜗壳水力损失最低,与之对应转轮的水力损失却略高于矩形和梯形断面。不同蜗壳断面形状的水轮机,在蜗壳靠近隔舌处出现局部高速区,在转轮进口和叶片弯曲处均有断流现象。整体来看,本文所选的冷却塔超低比转速水轮机最佳蜗壳断面形状为圆形。As the first overflowing component,the quality of the volute directly affects the performance of the hydraulic turbine.Therefore,this paper takes the ultra-low specific speed turbine of a cooling tower as the research object,by changing the cross-section shape of the volute,the performance curve,hydraulic loss and internal flow field of the turbine model were analyzed.The hydraulic loss of the turbine with circular section is the highest and the hydraulic loss of volute is the lowest,but the hydraulic loss of the corresponding runner is slightly higher than that of rectangular and trapezoidal section.For the hydraulic turbines with different volute cross-section shapes,there is a local high-speed zone near the tongue of the volute,and a cut-off phenomenon at the runner entrance and the bending of the blade is found.On the whole,the circular is considered to be the optimal volute section shape of the ultra-low specific speed turbine in this paper.
