摘 要:以烧成碳化硅制品的5.42 m^(3)梭式窑为研究对象,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对三种不同内衬配置的窑体的温度场和热损失进行了数值模拟计算和对比分析。结果表明:1)在窑体总厚度不变时,减小工作层厚度并同时增加保温层厚度能显著降低窑体的热损失;2)仅增加保温层厚度时,窑体的散热量减少而蓄热量增加,总的热损失基本不变;3)仅减小工作层厚度会降低蓄热损失,但是会提高窑体外表面温度,增加散热损失。经综合比较,在不改变窑体总厚度的前提下,减少工作层的厚度并同时增加保温层的厚度为最优节能方案,可以使窑体内衬材料的总热损失降低约8.1%,取得较好的节能效果。Taking a 5.42 m^(3) shuttle kiln for firing silicon carbide products as the research object,the temperature field and the thermal loss of the kiln body with three different lining configurations were numerically simulated,compared and analyzed using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The results show that:(1)with the fixed total thickness of the kiln body,reducing the working layer thickness and simultaneously increasing the thermal insulation layer thickness can greatly reduce the thermal loss of the kiln body;(2)when only the thermal insulation layer thickness is increased,the thermal dissipation decreases and the thermal storage increases,resulting in basically unchanged total thermal loss;(3)when only the working layer thickness is decreased,the thermal storage loss declines,while the external surface temperature of the kiln body increases leading to increased thermal dissipation.By comprehensive comparison,based on the premise of fixed total thickness of the kiln body,reducing the working layer thickness and simultaneously increasing the thermal insulation layer thickness are optimal for energy saving,which can reduce the total thermal loss of the lining materials by about 8.1%,achieving a good energy saving effect.
