摘  要:针对豫西低品位高硫铝土矿单独脱硫后精矿A/S低,单独脱硅后精矿硫含量高的问题,研究开发了低品位高硫铝土矿脱硫脱硅技术。Al_(2)O_(3)含量为58.09%,A/S为4.43,S含量为1.21%的豫西低品位高硫铝土矿,经“一次粗选一次精选两次扫选”浮选脱硫,脱硫铝精矿经“一次粗选两次精选一次扫选”浮选脱硅处理后,可得到产率为76.55%,S含量为0.15%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量为65.25%,A/S为9.02的铝精矿以及S含量为23.27%,产率为4.60%的硫精矿,实现了低品位高硫铝土矿的有效利用,为经济高效利用低品位高硫铝土矿提供了技术支撑。With respect to the problems of low A/S in concentrate after separate desulfurization and high-sulfur content in concentrate after separate desilication for the low-grade high-sulfur bauxite in western Henan,the desulfurization and desilication technology for low-grade high-sulfur bauxite is researched and developed in this paper.As for the low-grade high-sulfur bauxite in western Henan with 1.21%S content,58.09% Al_(2)O_(3) content and 4.43 A/S,by means of the“primary roughing-primary beneficiation-secondary scavenging”flotation desulfurization,and after the flotation desilication treatment of desulfurized aluminum concentrate through“primary roughing-secondary beneficiation-primary scavenging”,the aluminum concentrate can be obtained with 76.55%yield,0.15%S content,65.25% Al_(2)O_(3) content and 9.02 A/S,meanwhile,the sulphur concentrate can be obtained with 23.27%S content and 4.60%yield.The effective utilization of low-grade high-sulfur bauxite is achieved,which provides technical support for the economic and efficient utilization of low-grade high-sulfur bauxite.
