摘  要:通过添加絮凝剂产生的架桥、电中和、脱水等作用与粉煤灰颗粒形成絮团,可以促进粉煤灰提铝渣沉降。本文以“一步酸溶法”生产氧化铝工艺中的粉煤灰提铝渣为研究对象,添加阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)絮凝剂,通过分析原料的组成成分、粒度,物料的浓度、固含、pH,考察絮凝剂的特性、配制、添加方式、添加量等因素对沉降性能的影响。为絮凝剂在酸法生产氧化铝沉降分离工序中的选择和使用提供理论依据和指导。By adding flocculants,such as bridging,electric neutralization and dehydration,flocs are formed with fly ash particles,which can promote the settlement of fly ash aluminum extraction slag.With the fly ash aluminum extraction slag in the alumina production process of"one-step acid solution method"as the research subject,by adding cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)flocculants,and through the analysis on the composition and particle size of raw materials,the concentration of materials,the solid content and pH,it is designed to investigate the influence of flocculant characteristic,configuration,adding mode and adding amount on the settlement performance,thus providing theoretical basis and guidance for the selection and application of flocculant in the settlement and separation process of alumina produced by acid process.
