摘　　要：信息化手段越来越深入医院统计工作中。SQL语言作为一种检索数据的工具,利用该语言能对住院病案首页患者信息进行检索,按不同的需求生成特定功能的统计报表,还能对病案首页数据质量进行核查质控和按国家提供的接口标准对病案首页进行采集。按需求编写SQL语句查询脚本,对查询结果进行验证正确后,病案统计人员使用只需在用户界面输入开放的参数范围,运行脚本输出检索结果。非计算机专业人员也能直接调用。利用SQL语言查询取代人工检索不仅能使统计效率和数据质量大幅提高,还能解决临床上日益增多的统计难题,从而更好的为医院医疗、教学、科研和管理服务。Information technology is more and more infiltrating into hospital statistical work. As a data retrieval tool, SQL language can be used to retrieve the patient information on the front page of medical records, generate statistical reports with specific functions according to different needs, check and control the data quality of the front page of medical records, and collect the front page of medical records according to the interface standard provided by the state. After the SQL query script is written according to the requirements and the query results are verified correctly, the medical record statisticians only need to input the open parameter range in the user interface, and the non computer professionals can also call it directly. Using SQL language query instead of manual retrieval can not only greatly improve the statistical efficiency and data quality, but also solve the growing number of clinical statistical problems, so as to better serve for hospital medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and management.
