基于游戏的康复管理模式对肱骨髁骨折儿童的康复效果影响

摘　　要：目的探讨游戏式康复管理模式对肱骨髁骨折儿童的康复效果的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月于该院治疗的90例肱骨髁骨折儿童为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规的康复管理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上开展游戏式的康复管理模式。1个月后比较两组患儿对康复锻炼配合的依从性以及肘关节功能的恢复情况。结果观察组对康复锻炼配合的依从性显著高于对照组(93.3%,73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的肘关节功能Mayo总分均较康复锻炼前均有明显提高,且观察组[(83.35±10.25)分]Mayo评分更高于对照组[(76.03±8.75)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游戏的康复管理模式有助于提高肱骨髁骨折患儿的肘关节功能的恢复,并且提升患儿对康复锻炼配合的依从性,达到减少康复周期,提高康复疗效的效果。Objective To explore the effect of game-based rehabilitation management mode on rehabilitation efficacy of humeral supracondylar fracture in children.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,ninety children with humeral supracondylar fracture treated in Lishui Central Hospital were selected as study object,then the children were equally divided into observation group and control group.The children in control group were given routine rehabilitation management mode,while the children in observation group were given game-based rehabilitation management mode.After one month,the compliance rates of rehabilitation exercise and recovery of elbow function in the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in observation group was 93.3%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(73.3%)(P<0.05).Compared with before rehabilitation exercise,Mayo scores of elbow function in observation group and control group after rehabilitation exercise were improved significantly,Mayo score of elbow function in observation group was(83.35±10.25),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(76.03±8.75)(P<0.05).Conclusion Game-based rehabilitation management mode can promote recovery of elbow function in children with humeral supracondylar fracture,improve compliance of rehabilitation exercise,and achieve the effect of reducing recovery cycle and improving rehabilitation efficacy.
