摘　　要：中药在我国医疗机构中使用广泛,由于中药常被认为“天然无毒”,不合理应用现象较为常见,如重复用药、配伍禁忌、长处方用药、用法用量不适宜、药物联用不适宜等。中药处方前置审核系统的开发和应用对中药用药安全管理有重要的作用,但现有的中药饮片处方审核系统仍存在一些缺陷,需要进一步完善。在医院设置中药临床药师岗位,加强中药不良反应监测和中药与西药相互作用研究,可进一步提高中药用药的安全性。医疗机构应不断探索中药用药安全的管理经验,提高中医药学服务水平,保障患者用药安全。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used in medical institutions in China.Because TCM is often regarded as"natural and non⁃toxic",the irrational use of TCM is more common,such as repeated medication,incompatibility,long⁃term prescription,inappropriate usage and dosage,and inappropriate drug combination.The development and application of TCM prescription pre-audit system is of great significance to the safety management of TCM,but the existing TCM decoction prescription audit system still has some defects and needs to be further improved.The safety of TCM can be further improved by set⁃ting up TCM clinical pharmacist post,and strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions and the study of the interaction between TCM and western medicines.In medical institutions,the management measures of TCM safety should be constantly explored and the pharmaceutical service level of TCM should be improved to ensure the patient safety.
