摘　　要：建设高质量收入分配体系有助于实现社会再生产的良性循环,有助于实现供给需求的有效匹配,有助于实现高水平对外开放。从构建新发展格局的要求看,现行我国分配格局不能充分促进社会再生产循环畅通,收入分配结果也在一定程度上影响着供需有效匹配,中等收入群体结构不利于扩大内需,要素市场化改革滞后于国内国际双循环相互促进。建设高质量收入分配体系,要使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用,通过加快完善初次分配、再分配和第三次分配政策体系,推动我国收入分配体系更好适应和服务于构建新发展格局。The construction of high quality income distribution system is conducive to the realization of virtuous circle of social reproduction, the effective matching of supply and demand, and the realization of high level of opening to the outside world, which is the inevitable requirement for China to build a new development pattern.From the requirements of building new development pattern, the current distribution pattern in China is not conducive to the smooth circulation of social reproduction, the result of income distribution is not conducive to the effective matching of supply and demand, the structure of middle-income groups is not conducive to expanding domestic demand, and the factor marketization reform lags behind the domestic and international double cycle mutual promotion.To build high quality income distribution system, we should make the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, give better play to the role of the government, accelerate the improvement of the primary distribution policy system, the redistribution policy system, and the third distribution policy system.
