摘　　要：本文先从产业融合过程分析物流业与制造业的融合发展推动制造业升级的作用机制,又基于耦合协调模型与熵权法分别测算了我国2010-2019年31个省市的制造业与物流业协调发展水平与制造业升级水平,进一步地采用固定和随机效应的面板数据模型实证分析我国两业融合发展对制造业的产业升级效应及其地区差异,并采用动态面板数据模型进行稳健性检验。研究表明,物流业与制造业融合发展伴随着两业技术、产品、业务、市场上的相互渗透和延伸,基于成本效应和创新效应推动制造业升级;我国物流业与制造业融合发展是动态演进的过程,且不同地区两业融合发展水平不同;我国物流业与制造业的融合发展对制造业产生正向的产业升级效应,但影响效应具有地区差异,其中东部、东北地区的影响效应明显好于中西部地区。最后根据研究结果给出相应的政策启示。Firstly, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry from the process of industrial integration, and then calculates the coordinated development level and upgrading level of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019 based on the coupling coordination model and entropy weight method, Further, the panel data models with fixed and random effects are used to empirically analyze the industrial upgrading effect and regional differences of the integrated development of the two industries on the manufacturing industry, and the dynamic panel data model is used to test the robustness.The research shows that the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is accompanied by the mutual penetration and extension of the two industries’ technology, products, business and market, and promotes the upgrading of manufacturing industry based on cost effect and innovation effect;The integrated development of China’s logistics industry and manufacturing industry is a dynamic evolution process, and the level of integrated development of the two industries is different in different regions;The integrated development of China’s logistics industry and manufacturing industry has a positive industrial upgrading effect on the manufacturing industry, but the impact effect has regional differences, among which the impact effect of the eastern and northeast regions is significantly better than that of the central and western regions.Finally, the corresponding policy implications are given according to the research results.
