摘 要:目的:分析研究黄精种子油脂的脂肪酸组分。方法:利用索氏提取法提取黄精种子的油脂,甲酯化后用气质联用法分析其油脂脂肪酸组成。结果:3种黄精种子平均粗脂肪相对含量分别为:多花黄精6.76%、滇黄精5.75%、黄精1.59%。经GC-MS分析,从多花黄精种子中提取的脂肪酸中共鉴定出45种化合物,其中主要以亚油酸含量最多,占总含量的51.56%;黄精种子脂肪酸中鉴定出75种化合物,主要成分为亚油酸,相对含量为47.02%;滇黄精种子脂肪酸中鉴定出54种化合物,主要成分为共轭亚油酸,相对含量为62.53%。结论:黄精种子油脂有较高的营养价值,可作为黄精种子综合开发利用的参考依据。Objective:To research the fatty acid composition of Polygonatum,the Polygonatums’oil was extracted by No.6 extracted solvent naphtha,then its fatty acid composition could be analysed by GC-MS after methyl esterification.The average relative crude fat content of the three Polygonatumseeds were:Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.6.76%,Polygonatum sibiricum Red 5.75%,and Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.1.59%.After GC-MS analysis,a total of 45 compounds were identified from the fatty acids extracted from seeds of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.,among which 9,dodecadienoic acid(linoleic acid)is the most content,accounting for 51.56% of the total content;75 compounds were identified in the fatty acids of the seeds of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,the main component is linoleic acid,with a relative content of 46.70%;54 compounds were identified in the fatty acids of the seeds of Polygonatum sibiricum Red,the main components were(Z,Z)-10,twelve-eight Dienoic acid(conjugated linoleic acid),the relative content is 62.53%.In conclusion,the oil of Polygonatumseeds have a high development value,and the comprehensive utilization and development of Polygonatumseeds can be further improved.
