桂枝附子汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桂枝附子汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿型)的临床疗效。方法:按随机对照设计,将符合纳入标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组口服桂枝附子汤治疗,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊和盐酸替扎尼定片,观察比较两组患者的视觉VAS评分、ODI功能障碍指数、临床疗效。结果:两组在VAS、ODI评分上均有改善,治疗2周后,对照组优于治疗组(P<0.05);而3个月随访时,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组2周后总有效率为76.67%,低于对照组的86.67%,3个月末次随访时治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝附子汤对腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿型)治疗有效,可以降低患者疼痛程度,改善患者腰椎活动度,提高患者生活质量,短期疗效不显著,但长期疗效明显,安全可靠。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuzi Decoction on lumbar disc herniation(cold dampness type).Methods:According to the randomized control design,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuzi decoction,and the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule and tizanidine hydrochloride tablets.The visual VAS score,ODI dysfunction index and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The scores of vas and ODI in the two groups were improved.After 2 weeks of treatment,the control group was better than the treatment group(P<0.05);At the 3-month follow-up,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,lower than 86.67% of the control group.At the end of 3 months,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 80.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuzi decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(cold dampness type).It can reduce the degree of pain,improve lumbar mobility and improve the quality of life of patients.The shortterm effect is not significant,but the long-term effect is obvious,safe and reliable.
