摘 要:为了探究水性木器漆用丙烯酸漆膜打磨性的影响因素,分别考察了酮肼交联、羧基与锌离子交联以及核壳质量比对漆膜打磨性的影响。结果表明:酮肼交联对漆膜打磨性几乎无影响;羧基与锌离子交联、核壳质量比对漆膜打磨性影响较大;羧基与锌离子物质的量比为4∶1,丙烯酸加入量为5%时,漆膜打磨性可达到5级;将粒子设计为硬核软壳结构,总T_(g)为40℃,硬壳理论T_(g)范围为60~80℃,软壳理论T_(g)范围为-5~30℃,核壳质量比为7∶3时,漆膜打磨性可达到5级。In order to explore the factors that affect sanding performance of waterborne wood lacquer using acrylic latex as binders,the influence of ketone-hydrazine crosslinking or carboxyl-zinc ion crosslinking and core-shell mass ratio on the sanding performance of the paint film was investigated.The results showed that while ketone-hydrazine crosslinking had little effect on the sanding performance of paint film,carboxyl-zinc ion crosslinking and coreshell mass ratio indicated great influence.When the molar ratio of carboxyl group to zinc ion was 4∶1 and the content of AA was 5%,the sanding performance of paint film could reach grade 5.When the latex particles were designed as hard core and soft shell structure with core/shell mass ratio of 7:3 and T_(g) of 40℃,in which the T_(g) of hard core was 60℃ to 80℃ and that of soft shell was -5℃ to 30℃,the sanding performance of paint film could also reach grade 5.
