摘　　要：随着现代化城市建设的进程的快速发展,自动扶梯已经成为一个现代化城市交通不可或缺的设备,近年来自动扶梯数量增加迅猛,为了有效的缓解自动扶梯维保人机不匹配矛盾,保障自动扶梯使用的安全可靠性。文章分析了自动扶梯的失效因素,拟建立自动扶梯的声信号远程监控系统,来帮助业主和维保单位及时了解自动扶梯健康状态,制定维保策略。With the needs of modern urban construction, escalator has become an indispensable equipment for urban transportation, and the number of equipment has increased rapidly. In order to effectively alleviate the contradiction of man-machine mismatch and ensure the safety and reliability of escalator use. This paper analyzes the failure factors of escalator, and plans to establish a remote monitoring system of escalator acoustic signal to help the owner and maintenance unit timely understand the health status of escalator and formulate maintenance strategy.
