摘  要:5G作为万物互联的关键信息基础设施,近两年来得到大规模的建设。据相关数据显示,5G基站平均功耗在3.8KW左右,是4G基站的3倍以上。5G大规模建设将导致通信行业能源消耗大大增加,根据工信部关于加强信息通信业节能减排工作的指导意见,运营商要通过能源精细化管理达到节能减排目标。本课题针对5G共址建设时,外市电需求缺口较小、市电引入成本高以及引电周期长的站点,通过机房电源容量评估,及智能控制系统实时采集机房中各设备能耗参数,通过计算加以判定,设定供电优先级,当机房的总电流超出原有电缆载流量设定值时,采用削峰填谷方式,暂停蓄电池充电,控制空调运行数量、高峰期由蓄电池和市电同时为负载供电等方式,在保证基站设备正常运行的前提下,尽可能减少电能的消耗和外市电扩容需要,以期达到能源精细化管理,为通信企业降本增效,缩短5G建设周期。As the key information infrastructure of the Internet of everything, 5G has been constructed on a large scale in the past two years. According to the related data, the average power consumption of 5G base stations is about 3.8 kw, which is more than 3 times that of 4G base stations. The large-scale construction of 5G will lead to a great increase in energy consumption in the communication industry. According to the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on strengthening the work of energy conservation and emission reduction in the information and communication industry, operators should achieve energy conservation and emission reduction targets through energy intensive management. This topic aims at the stations with small demand gap, high cost and Long lead-in period of 5g co-site construction, through the evaluation of the power capacity of the computer room and the real-time collection of the energy consumption parameters of the equipment in the computer room by the intelligent control system, through the calculation to determine, set the power supply priority, when the total current in the machine room exceeds the original cable current setting value, the peak shaving and valley filling method is adopted to suspend the charging of the storage battery, in order to ensure the normal operation of the base station equipment, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of electric energy and the need of the expansion of the external electric capacity by controlling the running quantity of air conditioners and the supply of electric power to the load by the storage battery and the city electricity at the same time during the peak period, in order to achieve fine management of energy, communication enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, shorten the construction cycle of 5G.
