摘　　要：目的了解年轻男男性行为者(YMSM)性行为特征,分析口交时安全套使用影响因素。方法用"滚雪球"抽样法,对绵阳市YMSM进行性行为特征等问卷调查,用χ^(2)检验,Logistics回归模型分析口交时影响安全套使用的因素。结果共调查346人,近6个月多性伴占36.1%,52.6%有固定性伴、32.4%有偶遇性伴,近6个月肛交坚持使用安全套70.4%,51.2%性角色为被插入方,90.8%互联网寻找性伴。78.3%(256/327)认为口交有传播HIV风险。近6个月发生过口交行为的272人中79.0%从不使用安全套。多因素分析结果,文化程度、户籍、社区朋友人数、自我接纳总得分、自我效能感得分、性伴相处坚持主张、接受预防服务、近1年防治信息主要源于朋友、近6个月有肛交是YMSM口交时安全套使用的独立影响因素(P均<0.01)。结论 YMSM性行为方式多样,高危性行为较普遍。口交时安全套使用率低,影响因素多样,预防服务、坚持自我和自我效能感的促进作用明显,应针对性开展行为干预。Objective To understand the sexual behavior characteristics of young men who have sex with men(YMM) and analyze the influencing factors of condom use during oral sex. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using the "snowball" method on the sexual behavior characteristics of YMSM in Mianyang City. We used χ^(2) and the logistic regression model was to analyze the factors affecting condom use during oral sex. Results A total of 346 people were investigated. In recent 6 months, 36.1% had multiple sexual partners, 52.6% had fixed sexual partners and32.4% had occasional sexual partners. In recent 6 months, 70.4% of anal sex insisted on using condoms, 51.2% of sexual roles were the inserted party, and 90.8% looked for sexual partners on the Internet. 78.3%(256/327) thought oral sex had the risk of HIV transmission. 79.0% of 272 people who had oral sex in recent 6 months never used condoms. Multivariate analysis showed that education, registered residence, community friends, self-acceptance score, self-efficacy score, sexual partners’ persistence, advocacy, preventive services, information in the past 1 year were mainly from friends. In recent 6 months, anal intercourse was the independent factor of condom use in YMSM oral sex(P<0.01). Conclusion YMSM has a variety of sexual behaviors, and high-risk sexual behaviors were common. The condom use rate during oral sex was low. The influencing factors were diverse, and the promoting effects of preventive service, self persistence, and selfefficacy were obvious. Targeted behavioral intervention should be carried out.
