摘 要:目的探讨不同型别HPV感染与外周血CD4细胞、CD8细胞亚群的关系。方法对台州市中心医院2018年10月至2020年10月申请HPV感染分型检测的74例HPV感染女性进行HPV感染分型检测及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测。结果 HPV感染患者中单一感染患者占62.16%(46/74),多重感染患者占37.84%(28/74);74例HPV感染者共检出HPV阳性109次,其中高危型HPV感染占83.49%(91/109),低危型HPV感染占16.51%(18/109),高危型HPV感染以HPV 52、HPV 16、HPV 58感染为主,低危型HPV感染中多见HPV 61、HPV 6感染。高危型HPV感染者CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值水平低于低危型HPV感染者(P<0.05),高危型HPV感染者CD8细胞水平高于低危型HPV感染者(P<0.05)。多重高危型HPV感染者CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值水平低于单一高危型HPV感染者(P<0.05),高危多重HPV感染者CD8细胞水平高于高危单一HPV感染者(P<0.05)。结论高危HPV感染分型多见HPV 52、HPV 16、HPV 58,且多重感染风险较高,高危型HPV感染者及多重高危型HPV感染者存在CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值水平过低、CD8细胞水平过高现象。Objective To explore the relationship between HPV infections and peripheral blood CD4 cells and CD8 cell subsets. Methods A total of 74 cases of HPV-infected women who applied for HPV infection typing test in Taizhou Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were tested for HPV infection typing and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. Results Among HPV-infected patients, single infection patients accounted for 62.16%(46/74), and multiple infection patients accounted for 37.84%(28/74). 74 cases of HPV infection were infected 109 times, of which high-risk HPV infection accounted for 83.49%(91/109), and low-risk HPV infection accounted for 16.51%(18/109).High-risk HPV infections were mainly HPV 52, HPV 16, and HPV 58 infections. HPV 61 and HPV 6 were more common in low-risk HPV infections. The CD4 and CD4/CD8 levels of high-risk HPV infection were lower than low-risk HPV infection(P<0.05), and the level of the CD8 cell of high-risk HPV infection was higher than low-risk HPV infection(P<0.05). The levels of CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 in patients with multiple high-risk HPV infections were lower than single high-risk HPV infections(P<0.05), and the levels of the CD8 cell in patients with multiple high-risk HPV infections were higher than single high-risk HPV infections(P<0.05). Conclusion High-risk HPV infection types are mostly HPV 52,HPV 16, HPV 58, and multiple infections are at a higher risk. High-risk HPV infections and multiple high-risk HPV infections have CD4 cells, CD4;/CD8;levels too low, and CD8 cells levels too high.
