摘　　要：“十三五”时期受道路建设、防水卷材市场需求拉动,国内沥青供需两旺,东部地区产量大西部地区缺口大,进口依存度有所降低。“十四五”时期,由于国内道路建设日趋完善、房地产调控、原油非国营贸易资质的下放,预计国内沥青需求放缓,产能利用率降低,进口减少、出口增加。During the 13th Five Year Plan period,driven by the market demand for road construction and waterproof roll materials,domestic asphalt supply and demand are booming,the output in the eastern region is large,the gap in the western region is large,and the dependence on imports is reduced.During the14 th Five Year Plan period,due to the improvement of domestic road construction,real estate regulation and the decentralization of non-state trade qualification of crude oil,it is expected that the domestic asphalt demand will slow down,the capacity utilization will decrease,the import will decrease and the export will increase.
