摘 要:为考察电解电压对含钛废渣电脱氧效果的影响,以含钛废渣和Fe_(2)O_(3)混合物为阴极,碳棒为阳极,在CaCl_(2)电解质中采用熔盐电脱氧法制备钛铁合金。结果表明:槽电压对产物影响显著,小于2.8 V时中间产物CaTiO_(3)含量较高,产物主要为块状颗粒;3.1 V时物相主要为FeTi,产物呈海绵状。槽电压升高有利于中间产物的分解,加快反应进程。电解电流分为三个阶段,当槽电压逐渐升高时(2.5~3.1 V),电解初始时的电流逐渐由1.18 A上升至1.39 A,当槽电压增加至3.1 V时,各反应阶段电流最大。为防止熔盐分解并得到颗粒尺寸均匀、纯度较高的钛铁合金粉末,电解电压不宜过高,3.1 V槽电压较为合适。In order to investigate the influence of electrolysis voltage on the electro-deoxidization effect of titanium-containing slag,the ferro-titanium alloy is prepared by molten salt electro-deoxidization in CaCl_(2) electrolyte,with the mixture of titanium-containing slag and Fe_(2)O_(3) as cathode and carbon rod as anode.The results show that the pot voltage has a significant effect on products.When the voltage is less than 2.8 V,the content of intermediate CaTiO_(3) is higher and the products are mainly lump-shaped particles.When the voltage is 3.1 V,the phase is mainly FeTi and the product is spongy.The increase of pot voltage is beneficial to the decomposition of intermediate products and the acceleration of reaction process.The electrolysis current is divided into three stages.With the increase of the pot voltage(2.5~3.1 V),the initial electrolysis current increases gradually from 1.18 A to 1.39 A,and the current at each reaction stage is the largest when the pot voltage increases to 3.1 V.In order to prevent the decomposition of molten salt and obtain ferro-titanium alloy powder with uniform particle size and high purity,the electrolysis voltage should not be too high,and the pot voltage of 3.1 V is more suitable.
