摘  要:近年来,台湾地区当局致力于在人工智能领域构建高科技发展优势,通过人工智能发展和巩固台湾地区在全球经济产业中的关键地位,并从中拓展对外国际发展空间。一方面,台湾地区利用高科技发展优势获得更多的大陆以及全球市场,在两岸高科技产业竞争中拥有一定的话语权。另一方面,台湾地区作为西方国家高科技产业联盟中的重要组成部分,其高科技产业的核心技术以及供应链等都受到西方国家的重要影响。因此,受到当前中美关系的冲击,台湾地区以半导体为核心的高科技产业供应链存在向美国靠拢的趋势,并成为台湾当局争取西方国家支持,谋求更多对外交往空间的基础。而且,由于受到当前两岸关系的影响,台湾地区主动寻求和美国扩大产业合作的可能性也会进一步提升。In recent years,the Taiwan Residents authorities are committed to building high-tech development advantages in the field of artificial intelligence,developing and consolidating Taiwan’s key position in the global economy and industries through artificial intelligence,and expanding the space for international development abroad.On the one hand,the Taiwan region can gain more mainland and global markets by using its advantages in high-tech development,and has a certain right to speak in the high-tech industry competition between the two sides of the strait.On the other hand,as an important part of the high-tech industry alliance of Western countries,the core technology and supply chain of its high-tech industries in Taiwan are all heavily influenced by Western countries.Therefore,under the impact of current Sino-US relations,the high-tech industry supply chain in Taiwan with semiconductors at its core has a tendency to move closer to the United States,and use this as the basis for the Taiwan authorities to win support from Western countries and seek more space for foreign exchanges.Moreover,due to the current cross-Strait relations,The possibility of Taiwan actively seeking to expand industrial cooperation with the United States will also be further enhanced.
