摘　　要：台商协会是在陆台商重要的自治性社会组织,为促进两岸经济交流、社会融合与和平发展做出了积极贡献。台商协会在大陆的发展历程了重点区域发展和全国普遍发展的过程,具有一定的时空特征。各地台商协会自设立以来,在维护会员权益、提供情感归属,促进两岸交流、推动和平发展、融合发展等方面发挥了积极作用,其功能定位的充分实现有赖于其内部组织结构的完善和与外部相关部门的有效互动,其健康持续发展应构建与台商协会需求匹配的组织结构、在与地方部门互动中实现从经济激励到身份认同的转变、在两岸融合发展背景下拓展协会的发展空间。Taiwan Business Association(TBA) is one of the important autonomous social organizations for Taiwan businessman living in Chinese mainland.TBA plays an important role in promoting the economic communication,social integrationand peaceful development for both sides of the Taiwan Straits.The development of TBA in the mainland has a process of key regional development and national general development,with certain temporal and spatial characteristics.It is believed that the functional orientation of TBA mainly includes maintaining the rights of members,providing the emotional belongs;promoting the communication of both sides of the Taiwan Straits,as well as driving the peaceful development and integral development.Its functional realization relies on the establishment and optimization of internal organization of TBA,as well as the effective interaction with the external government and relevant departments.The healthy development of TBA should stick on constructing the organizational structure matching with the demands of TBA,realizing the transformation from economic inspiration to identification in the course of interaction with the local departments,and expanding the development space of association under the background of integral development for both sides of Taiwan Straits.
