摘 要:目的分析腰椎间盘突出症神经根性症状与MRI影像学指标的相关性。方法回顾性分析自2018-12—2019-06诊治的20例伴神经根性症状的腰椎间盘突出症,10例JOA评分≥16分(高分组),10例JOA评分<16分(低分组),比较两组冠状面、横断面软件值的最大阈值与最小阈值。分析突出物绝对值、冠状面、横断面软件值的最大阈值、最小阈值与两组JOA评分的相关性。结果两组突出物绝对值与JOA评分无显著相关性(P>0.05),高分组冠状面、横断面最大阈值较低分组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组冠状面、横断面最大阈值与JOA评分呈负相关(P<0.05),两组冠状面、横断面最小阈值与JOA评分无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论冠状面、横断面的软件值最大阈值与神经根性症状有相关性,JOA评分越低,神经根软件值中最大阈值越大,神经根性症状越严重。ObjectiveTo analyze the correlation between nerve root symptoms and MRI indexes of lumbar disc herniation.MethodsTwenty cases of lumbar disc herniation with nerve root symptoms diagnosed and treated from December 2018 toJune 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. JOA scores of 10 cases were ≥16(high score group) and <16(low score group) in an-other 10 cases. The maximum and minimum threshold of coronal and cross-sectional software values of the two groups werecompared. The correlation between the absolute value of protrusion, the maximum and minimum thresholds of coronal andcross-sectional software values and JOA scores of the two groups were analyzed.ResultsThere was no significant correlationbetween the absolute value of protrusion and JOA score in the two groups(P>0.05). The maximum threshold of coronal planeand cross section in the high score group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was a nega-tive correlation between the maximum threshold of coronal plane and cross section and JOA score in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the minimum threshold of coronal plane and cross section and JOA score in thetwo groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe maximum threshold of software value in coronal plane and cross section is correlatedwith nerve root symptoms. The lower the JOA score, the greater the maximum threshold in nerve root software value, and themore serious the nerve root symptoms.
