痤疮十味方加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗中、重度痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痤疮十味方加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗中、重度痤疮临床观察。方法将84例中、重度痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组42例予异维A酸软胶囊联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,治疗组42例予痤疮十味方加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗。2组均治疗6周后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后皮损评分变化情况,包括皮损数量、皮损类型、皮损部位、皮损肿痛、皮损颜色,并观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%(40/42),不良反应发生率14.28%(6/42),对照组分别为78.57%(33/42)、78.57%(33/42),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后皮损数量、皮损类型、皮损部位、皮损肿痛、皮损颜色评分和总分与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分和总分均低于对照组。结论痤疮十味方加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗中、重度痤疮临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者中医证候表现,促进皮损修复,提高临床疗效,减少不良反应发生,具有减毒增效的作用。Objective To observe clinical observation of modified Shiwei Recipes with adapalene gel on moderate-to-severe acne.Methods Totally 84 cases moderate-to-severe acne patients were divided into equal group according to the random number table method.After 6-week treatmeat,curative effect were counted between two groups which were constituted by control group(isotretinoin soft gel capsule+adapalene gel)and treatment group(Modified Shiwei Recipes+adapalene gel).The key observation was the changes of the skin lesion scores including number,type,location,swelling and pain,and color,as well as adverse reactions between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total response rates and adverse reactions in treatment group[95.24%(40/42)and 14.28%(6/42)]and control group were[78.57%(33/42)and 78.57%(33/42)],respectively,improvement of which were better in treatment group than control group(all P<0.05).The skin lesion scores after treatment in groups were all lower than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05),which were lower in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion For moderate-to-severe acne patients,modified Shiwei Recipes with adapalene gel has a definite clinical effect,which is effectively capable of improving the manifestations of TCM syndromes,promoting the repair of skin lesions,improving the clinical efficacy,reducing adverse reactions,and it has the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy.
