摘　　要：本文首先介绍了螺柱焊接技术的过程及特点,并通过样品实验证明了螺柱焊接阴极线的可靠性,再将这种技术应用在电除尘阴极线生产自动化开发中,提高了电除尘阴极线自动化生产水平。该技术的应用是提升电除尘环保装备整体智能制造水平的重要途径。This article begins with introduction of the process and features for stud welding technology,which was applied in manufacturing of discharge electrode and proved to be reliable by sample experiments.This technology was applied in automated manufacturing of discharge electrode and thus improved the quality level of manufacture.The application of stud welding can be an important way to upgrade intelligent manufacturing level of electrostatic precipitator environmental equipment.
