摘　　要：新型降糖药钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2(SGLT-2)抑制剂,即格列净类降糖药在降低血糖的同时,能够显著减少心血管疾病终点事件,对减少心血管疾病不良事件的发生潜在积极效益。本文综述SGLT-2抑制剂在心血管领域临床研究,揭示不同SGLT-2抑制剂降低心血管不良事件的效果,讨论SGLT-2抑制剂在心血管疾病诊疗领域的有效性和安全性。It has been reported that a novel hypoglycemic drug sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT-2) inhibitor can significantly improve outcomes in patients with cardiovascular diseases while reducing plasma glucose level.In this article,we review the clinical studies of SGLT-2 inhibitors in the cardiovascular field,reveal the effects of different SGLT-2 inhibitors in reducing cardiovascular adverse events,and discuss the effectiveness and safety of SGLT-2 inhibitors in treating patients with cardiovascular diseases.
