摘 要:在传统的火炮设计及仿真过程中,通常假设部件之间为理想约束,认为座圈等结合部的轻微晃动对整体结构的影响很小,可以忽略。但采用这种方式对某大口径火炮的高低机进行动力学仿真时,发现仿真结果与射击测试结果完全不符。为研究问题原因,改进仿真方法,提高仿真对设计的指导意义,通过分析高速摄像拍摄到的火炮射击过程,依次考虑炮塔变形和座圈晃动的影响,在RecurDyn中进行动力学计算,将炮塔作为FFlex柔性体;再使用ABAQUS计算座圈的变形及晃动情况,并根据该计算结果,在RecurDyn中用弹簧阻尼单元模拟座圈的晃动。计算结果表明,将炮塔考虑为柔性体后,仿真结果仍不与测试结果相符,但考虑座圈的晃动之后,仿真结果与测试结果能够较好吻合,误差可控制在15%以内。根据该仿真结果,对火炮进行改进,射击过程中闭锁平衡机的油腔可有效提高火炮的射击稳定性。In the traditional process of gun design and simulation,it is usually assumed that the components are ideally constrained to each other,indicating that the slight turret race vibration of the combined parts such as the seat ring has little effect on the overall structure and can be ignored.However,when this approach was used to simulate the dynamics of a large-caliber gun′s elevating mechanisms,it was found that the simulation results did not match the firing test results at all.In order to study the cause of the problem,improve the simulation method,and enhance the guidance of the simulation on the design,the dynamics calculation was carried out in RecurDyn by analyzing the firing process of the gun captured by the high-speed camera,considering the effects of turret deformation and seat sway in turn,and treating the turret as a FFlex flexible body;then the deformation and sway of the seat ring were calculated using ABAQUS,and according to the results of this calculation,the RecurDyn with spring damping unit to simulate the sway of the seat ring.The calculation results show that after consi-dering the turret as a flexible body,the simulation results still do not match with the test results,but after considering the sway of the seat ring,the simulation results can match well with the test results,and the error can be controlled within 15%.Based on this simulation result,the gun is improved and the oil cavity of the balance mechanism is latched during firing to effectively improve the firing stability of the gun.
