摘 要:以新型大口径舰炮武器系统综合论证和作战效能评估为背景,研究大口径半穿甲炮弹对典型小型舰船目标的毁伤效能评估问题。对典型舰船进行目标特性分析,设计了两种典型船体靶板毁伤试验及数值仿真,明确了靶板破坏形态和破口直径,并由此验证了数值仿真模型及材料参数的准确性。在此基础上进行实尺度半穿甲炮弹对典型舰船侧舷毁伤的数值仿真,得到了半穿甲炮弹起爆位置及着角对舰船侧舷的毁伤特性数据。进而提出了炮弹炸点位置与侧舷结构毁伤后舱室进水情况的判据,建立了半穿甲炮弹作用于舰船目标的终点毁伤效能数学模型。以典型中小型舰船为实例进行了计算,结果表明提出的数学模型可用于分析半穿甲炮弹命中精度、起爆位置和着角等对舰船目标的毁伤效能,当炮弹着角为45°、起爆相对位置为0.5L时对舰船结构毁伤效果最好,解决了大口径半穿甲炮弹对典型中小型舰船目标毁伤效能评估的关键技术,可为新型舰炮武器系统综合论证和作战效能评估提供一定技术支撑。Based on the comprehensive demonstration and combat effectiveness evaluation of new large-calibre naval gun weapons,the damage effectiveness of large-calibre semi-armour-piercing projectiles against typical small-sized warships was studied.A characteristic analysis was made for typical small-sized warships.Two kinds of typical hull target-plate damage experiments and numerical simulations were designed.The damage pattern of the target-plates and the diameter of the opening were determined.The results verified the accuracy and credibility of the numerical simulation models and material parameters.On this basis,the numerical simulation of damage to typical warship broadside by full-scale semi-armour-piercing projectiles was designed,the damage characteristic data on the semi-armour-piercing projectiles′detonation position and impact angle on a warship′s broadside were obtained.The criteria for causing damage to the broadside structure and causing water break in the cabin were proposed.And a calculation model was established for the damage effectiveness of semi-armour-piercing projectiles against warships.Taking a typical medium and small sized warship as an example,the results show that the calculation model can be used to analyse the damage effectiveness of semi-armour-piercing projectiles′hit accuracy,detonation position and impact angle.When a projectile′s impact angle is 45°and the relative detonation position is 0.5L,the damage to the warship′s structure is the best.The calculation model solves the key problem of carrying out damage effectiveness evaluation for large-calibre semi-armour-piercing projectiles against typical medium and small-sized warships.It can provide technical support for the comprehensive demonstration and damage effectiveness evaluation of new naval gun weapons.
