摘 要:炮尾体承受着射击过程中的高温以及连续瞬态强冲击载荷的恶劣工况,表面易产生疲劳裂纹并逐渐扩大,造成炮尾体断裂,引起自动炮故障。为提高炮尾体的疲劳寿命,研究了声铣复合表面改性处理方法来提高炮钢材料的表面性能。从表面粗糙度、表面硬度和疲劳寿命3个方面分别比较了传统干切削和声铣复合表面改性两种技术,结果表明声铣复合表面改性后的样品表面粗糙度为0.32μm,表面硬度相比基体硬度可以提高24%左右,炮尾体闭锁齿的疲劳寿命提高到原来的11倍以上。声铣复合表面改性技术增加了材料表面的局部残余压应力,可以使材料具有更优异的表面性能。The breech body is subjected to the severe working condition of high temperature,transient state and continuous strong impact load in the shooting process,the surface of which is prone to fatigue cracks and gradual expansion,resulting in the fracture of the gun breech body and the fault of the automatic gun.For the purposes of improving the fatigue life of the breech body,ultrasonic-milling composite surface modification treatment was studied to improve the surface properties of the gun steel material.The three aspects of surface roughness,surface hardness and fatigue life,in comparison with those of the traditional dry cutting and ultrasonic-milling surface modification technology,the results show that the surface roughness of the samples after the ultrasonic-milling surface modification fluctua-tes about 0.32μm,and the surface hardness increases by about 24%when compared with the matrix hardness,and the fatigue life of the breeches body has been increased by more than 11 times.Ultrasonic-milling surface modification technology can increases the local residual compressive stress on the material surface,which can make the material have better surface properties.
