摘  要:针对智能化断路器能量损耗和电路保护问题,设计了一种新型的物联网断路器。通过电子控制器对断路器开关进行控制,能够采集电路中电流、电压等信息,并实现电路的控制。采用改进的电流三段保护算法,实现了电路的更精准监控,通过对断路器的能耗问题提出一种优化算法,实现4000 A的四相断路器的优化,提高了物联网低压断路器的智能化程度。试验结果表明,新设计的物联网型低压断路器材料消耗约减少了4%,能量消耗约减小了2%,大大降低了研发的成本。Aiming at the energy loss and circuit protection of intelligent circuit breakers,a new type of circuit breaker for Internet of Things(IOT)was designed.In this design,the electronic controller controls the circuit breaker switch,which can collect information such as current and voltage in the circuit,and realize the control of the circuit.The improved current three-stage protection algorithm is adopted to realize more precise monitoring of the circuit.By proposing an optimization algorithm for the energy consumption of the circuit breaker,the optimization of the 4000 A four-phase circuit breaker is realized,and the intelligence of the low-voltage circuit breaker of the Internet of Things is improved.The test results show that the material consumption of the new design of low-voltage breaker for IOT is reduced by about 4%,and the energy consumption is reduced by about 2%,which greatly cuts down the cost of research and development.
