摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,传统的线下教育管理方式存在效率低、时间开销大等缺点,已经无法满足正常的教育工作,因此线上教学模式的出现给高校教学秘书的教育管理带来了更大的挑战。高校教学秘书在高校的管理工作中发挥着巨大的作用,包括教学档案的管理、教学服务、实践教学管理和日常教学管理等等。With the development of network technology, the traditional offline education management mode has the shortcomings of low efficiency and large time cost, which cannot meet the normal education work. Therefore, the emergence of online teaching mode has brought greater challenges to the education management of teaching secretaries in higher colleges. Teaching secretaries play an important role in the management of colleges and universities, including the management of teaching files, teaching services, practical teaching management and daily teaching management.
