摘 要:基于2016~2020年冬季乌鲁木齐2个气象站逐日气象观测资料和同期2个空气监测站逐日环境监测资料,统计分析乌鲁木齐近5年冬季浓雾和空气质量的变化特征及其关系。结果表明:米东区(167 d)冬季浓雾日多于天山区(154 d),两地均是1月最多,11月最少;冬季米东区空气质量劣于天山区,表现在米东区重污染天和优良天分别占55.6%和15.9%,天山区分别占23.3%和33.7%,两地都是1月空气质量最差;两地冬季首要污染物均主要是PM2.5;近5年冬季两地的浓雾日波动式减少,空气质量逐渐改善,浓雾和空气质量具有较好的反相关性;浓雾是致空气质量恶化的重要因素,但并非决定因子,改善乌鲁木齐空气质量仍需加大污染治理力度,减少污染排放。Based on the daily data of two meteorology observation stations and daily environmental monitoring data of two air monitoring stations during the winter of 2016~2020 in Urumqi,the variation characteristics and relationship between winter fog and air quality in recent five years were analyzed statistically.The results showed that the winter foggy days in Midong district(167 days)were more than those in Tianshan District(154 days),which were the most in January and the least in November;and the fog days were the most in January and the least in November.The air quality of Midong District was worse than that of Tianshan District in winter,the heavily polluted days and excellent days in Midong District account for 55.6% and 15.9% respectively,and Tianshan District accounts for 23.3% and 33.7% respectively.In both places,they were the worst in January.PM2.5 was both mainly primary air pollutant in winter.In recent 5 winters,the daily fluctuation of dense fog in the two places had decreased,the air quality had gradually improved,and there was a inverse correlation between dense fog and air quality.Dense fog was an important factor causing the deterioration of air quality,but it was not a decisive factor.Therefore,to improve the air quality in Urumqi,it was still necessary to strengthen pollution control and reduce pollution emissions.
