摘　　要：文章基于当前数字网络环境下用户体验的研究文献,从整体性视角上进行梳理,依据理论基础指导设计优化的应用脉络,从概念与内涵、要素构成、框架模型、评价研究以及体验设计进行回顾与评析,并在此基础上对未来研究进行展望。在用户体验受到广泛关注的当下,对用户体验进行系统性梳理与研究具有现实指导意义,在今后的研究与实践当中,应更加关注对于用户体验理论框架的构建与完善,细化用户体验的研究维度,丰富用户体验的实证研究方法,关注用户体验动态性特征与内在机理。Based on the research literature on user experience in the current digital network environment,from a holistic perspective,a review and evaluation of the research on user experience is conducted based on the design optimization guided by theoretical basis in view of the concept and connotation,elements composition,framework model,evaluation research and experience design.On this basis,the future research in this respect is also discussed.As the user experience is increasingly a concern at present,the systematic summary and research on the user experience is of significance.In the future research and practice,we should pay more attention to the establishment and improvement of the theoretical framework of user experience,refine the research dimensions of user experience,enrich the empirical research methods of user experience,and focus on the dynamic characteristics and inner mechanism of user experience.
