摘  要:传统的锂电池充放电系统存在功能单一,硬件采样电路复杂,无法实现实时返控等不足.为了有效监测、保护和预警锂电池的工作状态并且延长锂电池的使用寿命,本文提出了一种基于MSP430锂电池充放电系统,采用BQ76930作为电池模拟前端,对锂电池电压、电流以及温度等参数实时采集,通过返控保护电路对过压、欠压、过流以及短路起保护作用,对每个单节锂电池进行保护、监控和管理.该系统电路简单,实时监测锂电池的工作状态,防止锂电池过充过放,避免电池损坏,提高锂电池的工作性能和使用寿命,还能保证锂电池充放电管理系统的可靠性.The traditional lithium battery management system has the characteristics of single function,complex hardware sampling circuit,unable to achieve real-time monitoring and management.In order to effectively monitor,protect and early warn the working state of lithium battery and extend the service life of lithium battery,this paper proposes a lithium battery charging and discharging system based on MSP430,which uses BQ76930 as the front end of battery simulation to collect the voltage,current,temperature and other parameters of lithium battery in real time.Through the reverse control protection circuit,it can protect the overvoltage,undervoltage,overcurrent and short circuit to protect,it can monitor and manage each single lithium battery.The circuit of the system is simple,it can reflect the working state of lithium battery in real time,prevent overcharge and overdischarge of lithium battery,avoid battery damage,improve the working performance and service life of lithium battery,and ensure the reliability of lithium battery charge and discharge management system.
