摘  要:通过X射线衍射和红外光谱实验,考察了端氨基聚醚D230和T403在黏土上的吸附情况.同时,研究了端氨基聚醚作为钻井液处理剂抑制黏土水化分散和膨胀行为.结果表明,端氨基聚醚通过阳离子交换作用插入黏土晶层间,形成致密的疏水单分子聚合物层,排除层间水分子.添加端氨基聚醚后,黏土的水化分散和膨胀程度得到有效控制,黏土颗粒尺寸变大,并且钻井液保持较低的流变值.D230性能要优于T403.Adsorption of amine-terminated polyethers including D230 and T403 on bentonite clay was investigated by the experiments of X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum.Simultaneously,the inhibition behaviors of clay dispersion and swelling in the presence of amine-terminated polyethers as drilling fluid additives were studied.The results show that amine-terminated polyethers can intercalate into interlayer spaces of clays via the cationic exchanging reaction and display a dense hydrophobic monolayer arrangement,thereby expelling interlayer water molecules.Addition of amine-terminated polyethers can effectively inhibit the hydration-induced dispersion and swelling of clays and maintain a lower rheological profile in drilling fluids,along with the increase of clay particle size.The properties of D230 are better than those of T403.
