摘 要:为实现功能灵活的系统和工作频率达到亚GHz范围,须提高柔性设备速度,这就需要设计高频柔性程序,以适应实时变化的电路架构、组件概念、技术与材料性能.基于高频柔性FFlexCom程序设计了工业通信系统,实现了无线通信系统在超薄、可弯曲、柔性塑料或者纸上的集成,并对其在半导体中的实践应用进行了深层探究,结果表明,FFlexCom程序在“有机半导体”“金属氧化物”“碳”和“稀薄硅”等材料上的性能有显著提升.With the development of industrial Internet,the property of electronic products is required to be higher and higher,especially for the shape variability of products.So-called flexibility refers to mechanical flexibility,which can be expressed as bending,folding and stretching.With the change of industrial Internet environment,the speed of flexible equipment has been greatly improved.In order to achieve a flexible system with sub GHz operating frequency,it is necessary to increase the speed of flexible devices by several orders of magnitude.High frequency flexible programs need to be designed to adapt to the changing circuit architecture,component concept,technology and material performance.For this reason,adopting FFlexcom program to realize the integration of wireless communication system on ultra-thin,flexible plastic or paper.The test results show that FFlexcom program can significantly improve the performance of"organic semiconductor","metal oxide","carbon"and"thin silicon".
