摘 要:针对镇城底矿选煤厂原截粗筛不能起到良好的截粗效果,0.25~0.5 mm粒度级精煤泥存在重复分选的问题,提出了旋流器+叠层高频振动细筛与三质体高频筛制定了两套方案,并对比分析了其优缺点,确定选用三质体高频筛方案。In view of the fact that the original coarse screen in the coal preparation plant of Zhenchengdi Mine can not achieve a good selecting effect,and the 0.25~0.5 mm particle size grade clean coal slime has the problem of repeated sorting,a cyclone+laminated high-frequency vibration is proposed.Two sets of schemes were developed,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed to determine the selection of tripltid high-frequency screening scheme.
