北京皇家园林名人关联价值评价研究

摘　　要：界定了皇家园林名人关联价值的概念,基于名人在北京皇家园林中的活动剖析名人关联价值的形成机制,得出皇家园林名人关联价值分为名人影响力和名人活动产生的物质和精神资源价值两部分,后者包含物质遗存价值、名人精神价值、历史见证价值,进而运用分析法和模糊德尔菲法构建皇家园林名人关联价值评价体系,并以颐和园等5个北京皇家园林为例进行量化实践,通过比较分析,明确各皇家园林需要提升的弱项指标,提出名人资源保护利用策略,以期完善中国古典园林价值评价体系。In this paper,the concept of the celebrity associated value of royal gardens is defined,the formation mechanism of celebrity associated value is analyzed based on celebrities’activities in royal gardens in Beijing,and it is concluded that celebrity associated value of royal gardens includes celebrities’influence value,surviving material value,celebrities’spirit value and historical witness value.Then,the celebrity associated value assessment system of the royal gardens is constructed by using the analysis method and fuzzy Delphi method.Taking five Beijing royal gardens as examples,the celebrity associated value of each royal garden is quantified,the weaknesses of each royal garden is clarified,and strategies for the protection and utilization of celebrity resources are proposed.
