摘 要:每年我国建筑废弃物产生量高达35亿t以上,且有不断增长的趋势,大量建筑废弃物的产生不仅浪费资源、能源,而且对环境产生了极大的影响。本文应用系统动力学理论,识别影响建筑废弃物管理的主要因素,并将减量化、资源化、无害化三者相结合,形成了建筑废弃物管理流动链,构建了建筑废弃物可持续管理综合分析模型,进而对建筑废弃物管理对环境产生的影响进行动态研究。然后通过实际案例模拟分析建筑废弃物管理带来的具体环境效益,验证了模型的有效性。最后,本文通过对单因素及多因素进行情景分析,总结出实现建筑废弃物管理的最优方法。本文构建的建筑废弃物可持续管理综合分析模型从减量化、资源化、无害化三个维度综合考虑了建筑废弃物管理对环境的影响,能够为政府制定建筑废弃物管理相关法律法规提供参考。The annual production of construction waste in China is over 3.5 billion tons, and there is a growing trend. A large amount of construction waste not only wastes resources and energy, but also has a great impact on the environment. In this paper, system dynamics theory was used to identify the factors that affect the sustainable management of construction waste. Reducing, recycling and harmless treating were combined to form the flow chain of construction waste management. And a comprehensive analysis model was constructed to study the impact of construction waste management on the environment. Then, a practical case was used to simulate and analyze the specific environmental benefits caused by the management of construction waste, which validated the model. Finally, through the scenario analysis of single factor and multi factor, this paper summarized the optimal method to realize construction waste management. The comprehensive analysis model proposed in this paper comprehensively considers the impact of construction waste management on the environment from three dimensions of reduction, recycling and harmlessness, and provides a reference for the government to formulate construction waste laws and regulations.
