摘 要:传统钢管混凝土柱-钢梁外加强环焊接节点,由于环板上应力集中现象严重,环板与钢梁连接处易出现撕裂破坏。为此,提出了一种装配式螺栓连接节点形式,即将钢梁伸入上下外环板之间,钢梁翼缘与斜直边环板采用高强度螺栓连接,改变节点连接处传力路径,改善环板受力性能。进行了3个边柱节点拟静力加载试验,研究H型钢梁截面高度、外环板与H型钢梁翼缘高强度螺栓连接处盖板加设与否对节点抗震性能的影响。研究表明,外环板形状设计合理,外环板上塑性损伤可以忽略;在钢梁翼缘与外环板螺栓连接处内侧设置盖板,可使梁端塑性铰外移到环板范围之外的梁截面上,有效提高节点耗能能力。Due to the serious stress concentration on the diaphragm, the joint between the diaphragm and the steel beam is prone to tearing failure in the traditional steel tube concrete column-steel beam external diaphragm welded joint. For this reason, a fabricated bolts connection form is proposed. The steel beam is extended between the upper and lower external diaphragm, and the flange of the steel beam and the oblique straight side diaphragm are connected by high-strength bolts, which change the force transmission path at the joint and improves the mechanical property of the external diaphragm. A pseudo-static loading test of three side column joints was carried out to study the influence of the height of the H-beam section and with or without a cushion plate at the high-strength bolt connection between the external diaphragm and the flange of the H-beam on the seismic behavior of the joint. Research showed that the shape of the external diaphragm is reasonably designed, plastic damage of external diaphragms can be ignored. Cover plates are set on the inner side of the bolt connection between the flange of the steel beam and the external diaphragm, so that the plastic hinge of the beam end can be moved to the beam section outside the range of the diaphragm, effectively improving the energy dissipation capacity of the joint.
