摘 要:共享制造是优化制造资源配置的新业态新模式,是制造业高质量转型升级的有效途径。本文基于新发展理念,构建共享共赢的中国共享制造企业高质量发展效率指标体系,利用2018~2020年我国39家共享制造企业的面板数据并通过三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数模型对我国共享制造高质量发展效率进行动态测度。研究结果表明,2018~2020年我国共享制造企业高质量发展综合技术效率均值分别为0.897、0.919、0.883,纯技术效率均值分别为0.979、0.975、0.983,规模效率均值分别为:0.916、0.942、0.898;2018~2020年我国共享制造企业高质量发展全要素生产率变化指数上升0.4%,技术效率变化指数下降1.3%,技术进步变化指数上升1.8%,纯技术效率变化指数上升0.2%,规模效率变化指数下降1.5%。2018~2019年我国共享制造高质量发展效率呈上升趋势,2020年有所下降,规模效率对我国共享制造高质量发展效率制约明显。基于此,从技术创新和规模调整两方面,提出促进中国共享制造高质量发展的若干对策。Sharing manufacturing is a new mode to optimize the allocation of manufacturing resources and an effective way for the high-quality transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.Based on the new development concept,this paper con⁃structs a high-quality development efficiency index system of sharing manufacturing enterprises in China.Then,we measure the high-quality development efficiency of sharing manufacturing from 2018 to 2020 in China dynamically,which uses panel data of 39 sharing manufacturing enterprises in China and three-stage DEA-Malmquist index method.For high-quality development of sharing manufacturing enterprises in China from 2018 to 2020,the results show that the average comprehensive technical efficiency is 0.897,0.919 and 0.883,the average pure technical efficiency is 0.979,0.975 and 0.983,and the average scale efficiency is 0.916,0.942 and 0.898.Moreover,from 2018 to 2020,the total factor productivity change index increased by 0.4%,the tech⁃nical efficiency change index decreased by 1.3%,the technical progress change index increased by 1.8%,the pure technical effi⁃ciency change index increased by 0.2%,and the scale efficiency change index decreased by 1.5%.In short,the high-quality de⁃velopment efficiency of sharing manufacturing in China is on the rise from 2018 to 2019,but decreasing in 2020.Scale efficiency has obvious constraints on the high-quality development efficiency of sharing manufacturing in China.From two aspects of techno⁃logical innovation and scale adjustment,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of sharing manufacturing in China.
